Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $40 .00/hr- $45 .00/hr .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• Create and maintain work instructions for all product lines, including conducting periodic audits or reviews to ensure that our content is of the highest quality to best serve our customers.
• Create and maintain platforms to house training, reference and troubleshooting content for all product lines or specialized activities to support the aggregation of content used project teams.
• Support the deployment engineering change management process.
• Contribute to the development of content management & project management strategy and tool suite by gathering and organizing customer input, designing content templates/structures and documentation best practices.
• Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of technical content using engagement metrics and data, collaborating with data teams to measure, present and validate.
• Proactively identify needed process improvements, documentation design improvements, and road blocks to content development and design solutions to address them.
• Able to act in an advisory capacity to teams creating draft source documentation
