• We are seeking a talented Electrical Test Engineer for a contract position. The position will be part of the Hardware Test Engineering team focused on the next generation robotic system design. You will work with hardware development, program management, and other hardware test team members. 

• Familiarity with electrical schematics
• Bench testing with lab equipment
• Soldering experience
• Read and understand electrical schematics
• Board-level/SMD soldering experience
• Experience with cable assembly and bring up
• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 0-2 years industry experience testing hardware
• Experience using standard electrical test/laboratory equipment
• Oscilloscopes
• Data acquisition devices
• Digital multi-meters
• Signal generators
• Understand and execute documented test procedures
• Collect test data, document test artifacts and conditions
• Troubleshoot electronic devices under test
• Experience in circuit level debug to the component level.
• Clear written and verbal communication for Test Engineers and external stakeholders
• Proficiency working in a Linux/Unix environment, and executing simple scripts is a plus

• Working with other Test Engineers, Hardware and Software developers regarding tools and techniques required for testing.
• Develop test plans under guidance of a senior engineer
• Troubleshoot electrical and control issues
• Design test subsystems and documentation
• Execute tests and acquire test data

• Familiarity with electrical schematics

• Soldering experience
