Job Title: Ansible Automation Engineer
Location: Chandler, AZ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

 looking for a Senior Automation / Systems Engineer who can help build and modernize an Ansible automation platform and support migration from legacy Ansible environments.

Top Four skills:

1. Ansible (Most Important)

• Writing Ansible playbooks and roles
• Building automation frameworks
• Deploying and managing enterprise Ansible environments
• Experience with Ansible migrations or upgrades is a big plus

2. Automation Engineering Background

• 5+ years working in automation / infrastructure automation
• Experience designing automation platforms
• Familiar with infrastructure provisioning and orchestration

3. Python (Scripting Level)

• Read and modify Python scripts
• Write basic automation scripts
• Work with logic queries / scripting

Not expecting a full software developer.

4. CI/CD & Automation Pipelines

• CI/CD pipelines
• Automation workflow integration
• Tools like:
  • Jenkins
  • GitLab CI
  • GitHub Actions
  • Bamboo
  • Azure DevOps

What We’re Looking For:

7–12 years experience (minimum 5 will also go)

• Automation / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering background
• Heavy Ansible experience
• Some Python scripting
• Experience building automation platforms
• Exposure to CI/CD + containers
• Worked in large enterprise infrastructure

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $71 – $72 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
