MISSION:
Lead complex IAM initiatives within the CISO organization, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational excellence. This role will drive both project and program-level outcomes, with a strong focus on SAP environments and Segregation of Duties (SoD), while enabling stakeholder alignment and organizational readiness.
DAY TO DAY:
This PM will own full lifecycle delivery across IAM initiatives, including scope, timelines, budget, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination. They will develop and manage detailed project plans, oversee interdependencies across multiple projects, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
They will work cross-functionally with business, IT, and security teams, facilitating decision-making, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong communication with executives and sponsors. The role also includes driving process improvements, managing project financials, and ensuring operational readiness for launch. This individual will balance both hands-on project execution and program-level oversight, contributing to a collaborative and accountable delivery environment.
MUST-HAVES:
- Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager within IAM environments
- Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), particularly in SAP environments
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality)
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex topics clearly to leadership
- Experience managing multiple projects and interdependencies within a program
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
PLUSSES:
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project tracking tools
- Exposure to organizational change management and operational readiness planning
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
