Job Title: SQL Sever DBA Role
Location: Chandler AZ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
- Strong expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Always On and high availability architectures
- Proficiency with SQL Server tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSDS)
- Experience supporting high-volume, enterprise environments
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Linux environments
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
- Exposure to technologies such as Redis and TigerGraph
- Experience with other RDBMS platforms
- Background in large-scale migrations and modernization
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $58 - $63 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
