Associate degree and three years of related, demonstrated work order scheduling experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with CMMS and maintenance reporting tools
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and preventive maintenance systems
- Understanding of maintenance workflows, sequencing, and terminology
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements

Responsible for maximizing productivity across Water Operations by planning and scheduling preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities using CMMS. Ensures efficient asset management, accurate maintenance data, compliance reporting, and optimal utilization of resources.

Reports to the Associate Director, Water Processes.
- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules across Water Operations teams.
- Prioritize and balance preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders to meet operational demands.
- Develop and maintain a robust preventive maintenance program for water systems.
- Manage asset data, maintenance records, and system documentation within CMMS.
- Track, analyze, and report on work orders, backlog, and maintenance trends to improve planning efficiency.
