About the Role

We are seeking a Python Developer (Full-Stack & Data Engineering) to join a high-impact team building and supporting enterprise-scale reporting and data platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack—from developing modern web applications to building robust data pipelines.

You will initially focus on full-stack application development and gradually transition into data engineering, working on scalable data processing systems that power analytics and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop responsive UI components using Angular or similar frameworks
• Design and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics
• Develop Python and PySpark pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
• Support and enhance ETL workflows for enterprise data platforms
• Work with object storage systems (S3-compatible) for data processing
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, scalability, and data quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) and backend development
• Front-end experience with Angular or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Python and data pipeline development
• Proven experience with PySpark in production environments
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Solid understanding of data processing, validation, and performance optimization
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
