Pay Range:$42 - $49/ Hour

About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers to candidates.
• You will work directly with Hiring Leaders to ensure a top-quality experience for both the leaders and the candidates.
• This position is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three day a week, and you must live within a commutable distance to the NYC office.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Make offers and manage the hiring process in collaboration with Hiring Leaders.
• Provide an excellent experience for both candidates and Hiring Leaders.
• Attend events in the office to support hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and the onboarding team.

Education Qualification:
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate recruiting.

Skills:

• Experience with Recruitment Cloud is an asset but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in recruiting within the financial services, payments, banking, or similar industries is preferred.
