• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts/incidents in real time
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, infrastructure, and databases
• Manage and resolve incidents based on priority and SLA timelines
• Perform log analysis, system checks, and root cause investigation
• Support production deployments and change management activities
• Execute end-to-end deployment validations and ensure system stability
• Participate in disaster recovery (DR) activities and environment transitions
• Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams
• Monitor application health using APM tools and system metrics
• Leverage automation/AI tools to improve operational efficiency

• Bilingual Communication: Strong proficiency in English & Spanish (ability to explain technical issues in Spanish)
• Production Support Experience:
• 2–3 years in application/production support roles
• Experience working in 24/7 support environments
• Unix/Linux:
• Hands-on experience with basic commands (file handling, grep, logs, compression, process checks)
• SQL Databases:
• Ability to write queries, fetch/analyze data, and troubleshoot issues
• Containers / OpenShift:
• Understanding of Docker, container lifecycle, and OpenShift/Kubernetes basics
• Familiarity with CLI commands and cluster operations
• Networking Basics:
• Understanding of IPs, ports, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Scripting:
• Basic knowledge of Bash / PowerShell (ability to read and interpret scripts)
• Monitoring Tools (APM):
• Experience with application and system monitoring tools (performance, alerts, logs)
• File Transfer Protocols:
• Experience with SFTP / FTPS
• Cloud Exposure:
• Basic understanding of Azure or cloud environments.

• Experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools
• Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments
• Additional language skills (French, Italian, Mandarin)
