About the Role:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support customer documentation and compliance processes.
- This is a non-voice, email-based role where you will reach out to customers to collect and verify information related to financial transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills (email-focused)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working on repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, data entry)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in banking, financial services, or loan processing
- Background in data entry, documentation, or back-office operations
- Exposure to CRM or case management tools
What You’ll Do:
- Send email requests/forms to customers to collect transaction details
- Verify customer and transaction information for accuracy
- Follow up via email or phone to gather missing details
- Perform data reconciliation and documentation updates
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Handle high-volume, repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
