• If there is any doubt about travel, then not a good fit.
• Transitions can be 2-10 weeks at a time. Over weekends and holidays. Will do overtime.
• MUST OWN A CREDIT CARD.

• 2-3 weeks onsite for training before being sent on transitions. Fully onsite 5 d/a week. 
• 90%+ travel
• Meet face to face with external firm Financial Advisors, and partners to transfer customer accounts to internal programs
• First impressions/confidence very important.
• Will work through different business channels (brokerage/assets/mortgage)
• Beta: New Accounts opening program
• Can grow from Transition Specialist to Consultant to team Lead.
• Must be willing to work and train others
