Title: Sr. Scrum Master
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Range: $60-$63
Day-to-day:
- Lead and coach up to three agile teams using Kanban and flow-based delivery practices. Will be expected to operate autonomously.
- Design, evolve, and coach Kanban systems that improve flow, transparency, and predictability.
- Facilitate key Kanban events, including Replenishment, Daily Kanban, Delivery Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Use flow metrics (e.g., WIP, cycle time, throughput, aging work, etc.) to guide evidence-based improvements.
Must-haves:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3+ years with recent Kanban teams)
- Strong Kanban expertise
- Recent experience (within 2 years) using Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
- Excellent passion and energy to set the tone amongst teams, in meetings, and with business stakeholders.
