Title: Campaign Operations Analyst I
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Hybrid; Onsite Tues/Thurs
Around August/September candidates will have to come onsite 4x a week
Duration: 12 months, potential to convert or extend
Pay rate: $21-$23.50/hour

Day-to-day:

• Working alongside 5 other team members (analysts)
• Executing campaign price updates for residential brands (Discount Power, Stream Energy, and Zoom) including;
• Performing UAT, quality checks, ensuring correct internal system set-ups (RAMP/SAP)

Must-haves:

• 1-2 years of experience as a BA
• Excel, MS Suite, SAP (CRM perspective)
• GREAT soft skills; highly analytical, eager, raise hands and ask questions,
• self-starter, team-player, well-spoken, great written/verbal communication skills, honesty, integrity, etc.

Plusses:

• Utilities industry background
• Bachelor's degree
• Call center experience
• Ability to read in Spanish (ERCOT market caters to large Hispanic audience)
