Overview:
We are seeking a Production Application Support Consultant - Linux to join a high-priority, compliance-driven enterprise initiative. This role focuses on supporting Functional ID access and ensuring alignment with strict audit and access control requirements across Linux environments.

The position combines Linux-based production support with deployment and release support, requiring hands-on experience with system validation, permissions, and log analysis, along with exposure to Azure DevOps environments.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, enterprise setting, supporting critical applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, operations, and engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and validate Functional IDs across Linux environments, ensuring compliance with access control standards.
• Perform system-level checks including file system validation, permissions review and log analysis.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to access, permissions, and system behavior in Linux environments.
• Support application deployments and release activities within Azure DevOps environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance alignment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Prior experience in banking or highly regulated environments.
• Basic scripting knowledge.
• Experience supporting containerized or Linux-based applications.
