Duration: 6-12 Months.

• Managing MAC OS through JAMF and In-Tune,
• Managing Windows Workstation In-Tune, OS Imaging,
• Workstation Patching/Vulnerability Management.
• macOS Management

• Design and implement modern endpoint management solutions to improve device performance, security, and user experience.
• Analyze endpoint and system performance metrics to proactively identify issues and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for configuration, remediation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support OS administration and troubleshooting; contribute to macOS management where applicable.
• Implement and maintain patch management, security baselines, and endpoint hardening standards.
• Facilitate technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team troubleshooting and support capabilities.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and service delivery teams to streamline endpoint processes and improve service outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, standards, and operational procedures.

• 7–12 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Endpoint Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Advanced understanding of OS administration and troubleshooting; macOS and managing MAC Machines at a Enterprise level through JAMF.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Intune / Endpoint Manager in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, including Conditional Access and device compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of MS 365 applications and their integration with device and identity management.
• Proven PowerShell scripting skills for automation, configuration, and reporting.
• Experience implementing patch management, endpoint security baselines, and device hardening.
• Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Windows Autopilot / Zero Touch provisioning. Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
• Familiarity with the MS Defender ecosystem (Defender AV, EDR, Attack Surface Reduction).

• SCCM / MECM
• Relevant certifications:
• MD 102, MS 102, JAMF Certification
• AZ 104, SC 300
• ITIL Foundation
• macOS Management
