About the Role*
- This position involves providing specialized training to dealership technicians in various automotive areas, including electronics, powertrain, OEM scan tools, and more.
- The role requires managing training schedules and delivering instructor-led technical training courses to dealer and fleet technicians, as well as corporate personnel, at technical training centers and mobile locations.
Responsibilities*
- Deliver technical training courses in areas such as electronics, powertrain, engine systems, and more.
- Manage and organize training schedules and course registrations. - Maintain technical proficiency in all skill areas.
- Ensure operational integrity of training vehicles and classroom resources. Utilize available resources to enhance technical proficiency.
- Assist with the organization of tools, classrooms, and course materials. - Monitor and maintain course attendance and seat fill.
- Provide feedback to the Training Development Team and support course development as needed.
- Coordinate new model launch training with business center requirements. - Analyze training data and communicate with business centers and dealers to meet training standards.
- Monitor dealer progress towards training standards and coordinate course offerings.
- Follow up with dealers to ensure course attendance.
- Advise new Service Managers on utilizing technical training effectively. Conduct Curriculum Planning Meetings with Service Managers as needed.
Education Qualification*
Relevant educational background in automotive technology or a related field.
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge in automotive systems and diagnostics. - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage training schedules and course registrations. - Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and support course development. - Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and progress.
Ability to work collaboratively with business centers and dealership personnel.
Pay rate: 70-73/hr on without benefits
