Title: - Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant

Location: – Remote

Pay Range:  - $100-110/hr on C2C, depending on experience

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant to design, implement, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of field service operations along with hands-on experience in OFS configuration, integration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Functional & Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct workshops, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis. Translate business needs into OFS configurations
• OFS Configuration & Implementation: Configure- Routing & scheduling rules, Work zones, resources, and capacity planning. Activity types and workflows: Implement end-to-end OFS solutions
• Integration: Integrate OFS with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, GIS, etc.) Work with: REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), perform data migration and synchronization
