• The expected base salary range for this position is $60/Hr - $70/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

• This role is focused on workflow modernization. The consultant will primarily work directly with the Hiring Manager to upgrade the existing backend workflow system (AWD) to Salesforce.
• The position involves designing and implementing workflow solutions in a finance/insurance environment, with strong emphasis on data processing and cloud architecture.

• Lead the upgrade and modernization of AWD-based workflows to Salesforce
• Design and optimize backend workflow processes
• Work closely with the Hiring Manager on all workflow-related items
• Support data processing platforms and ensure seamless transition to the new Salesforce workflow environment

• Hands-on experience with AWD (Automated Workflow Distribution) workflow systems
• Proven experience in upgrading/migrating workflows to Salesforce
• Strong background in Finance or Insurance industry
• Experience with Data Processing Platforms
• Solid Cloud Architecture experience, specifically Azure

• Experience in creating architectural designs and diagrams
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture or Data Engineering

• Candidates without financial industry experience will not be considered.

• The consultant will work primarily with the Hiring Manager.
• This is a workflow-heavy position centered on the AWD to Salesforce upgrade.
