Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting VDC, BIM, or digital construction efforts on large-scale, complex projects (e.g., semiconductor, battery, or advanced manufacturing facilities)
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and reality capture technologies
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, IFC standards, and data interoperability across VDC platforms
• Experience performing MEP/CSA coordination and clash detection in multi-disciplinary environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based model management and collaboration across distributed teams
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, cost control alignment, and WBS-based tracking using model data
• Exposure to facility operations and leveraging VDC models for lifecycle management
• Preferred: Experience with programming or visual scripting tools such as Python, C#, or Dynamo, and database integrations

Range: $50- 70/hr
