Job Title: Operations Analyst (Sales and Revenue)
Duration: 08-09 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)
Location: Remote Role in the USA only.
Pay Rate: ($50-$55) hourly
Adoption & Consumption Contractor
Required Qualifications:
- Experience from SaaS and big enterprise clients.

Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics

Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis

Familiarity with consumption, usage, adoption, or usage-based revenue models
-
Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Consumption Reporting & Insights
-
Subject matter expert regarding reporting related to consumption, usage, adoption, and cACV
-
Support business partners with trends in consumption and identify risks and opportunities related to renewals, churn, and expansion

Identify data gaps or inconsistencies in consumption and usage reporting
-
Partner with upstream teams (e.g., systems, analytics, ops) to improve data quality and reporting reliability
Sales & Stakeholder Support

Act as a point of contact for sales and field questions related to consumption, reporting, and performance

Provide data-backed answers to ad hoc questions from Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership

Document answers to frequently asked questions to share with the broader team.
