An Excellent Opportunity for “Project Manager” to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Chandler, AZ

Pay Range: $55/hr – $65/hr

Job Description:

Role will be responsible for identifying process gaps, risks and inefficiencies, as well as re-designing whole processes for streamlining/optimization. Candidate must be able to use business, technology and data analytics skills, as well as interpersonal skills to assess the current state of infrastructure processes and ultimately work with all relevant stakeholders to design strategic, sustainable process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

•  5+ years of experience with Sig Sigma or other data driven approach to process optimization
•  5+ years of experience in optimizing technology processes within a regulated industry, preferably financial services
•  Understanding of law, rule and regulations of financial services
•  Experience in optimizing technical processes while ensuring adherence to all applicable law, rules and regulatory requirements
•  Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets and business priorities to outline process enhancements and optimization
•  Understanding of how artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic process automation can reduce manual toil and optimize processes
•  Experience and understanding of the Single Process Inventory (SPI) is strongly preferred
•  Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams in order to deliver technical outcomes
