Job Title: Customer Renewals Executive / Contract Renewals Executive
Duration: 12 Months (Extension and Conversion will be based on performance)
Location: Newtown Square, PA 19073 - Hybrid
Pay Rate: ($30-$32.60) hourly
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable using web-based tools and systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to customer service, sales, or account management roles
- Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end customer contract renewals in partnership with account teams
- Engage with customers to negotiate commercial terms and support renewal discussions
- Act as a primary point of contact for renewal-related communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) to ensure timely deal execution
- Support customers through product transitions, including end-of-life (EOL) or sunset products
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for revenue retention and account growth
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the renewal lifecycle.
