• We are seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
• As a Recruiting Business Partner, you serve as the face of recruiting to hiring managers, partnering with them throughout the entire recruiting process.
• You collaborate closely with Sourcing Recruiters who handle intake meetings and candidate pipeline development, while you focus on candidate interaction during the critical offer extension and onboarding phases.

• Knowledge of commonly-used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures
• Deep understanding of applicant tracking systems
• Ability to set accurate expectations on compensation and leveling with candidates and client teams
• Ability to prepare and extend offers within compensation guidelines
• Ability to explain compensation philosophy and communicate total compensation impact
• Experience managing sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality standards
