• Review business requirements, use cases, etc. to understand scope of deliverables being tested
• Create test plans and scripts to ensure development deliverables match desired requirements and expectations
• Create and communicate test progress, test results, and outstanding issues, tasks, etc.
• Analyze test results to discover and report defects.
• Work with business stakeholders to plan and execute UAT
• Assist in testing setup and management in preparation for test execution
• Assist with smoke testing during production deployments
• Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new development and enhancements

• 3–5 years of hands-on manual QA experience supporting large application integrations or releases
• Strong API testing experience (Postman – validating requests/responses, status codes, data)
• Experience with Kafka (event-driven architecture, message validation)
• Hands-on with Zephyr, Jira, and Confluence for test management and defect tracking
• Accessibility testing experience (WCAG standards)
• Ability to translate requirements into test cases and clearly document/report defects
• Agile/Scrum experience
• SQL Server experience (writing queries to validate data)
• Strong communication skills working with business and technical teams

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience working with Loyalty programs
