• Manage and support video management systems (VMS) and physical security platforms
• Perform camera programming, configuration, and system troubleshooting
• Monitor system operability and ensure uptime across sites
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams for issue resolution and system validation
• Support deployment of new technologies (e.g., radar systems, detection platforms)
• Assist with project-based work, following direction from project managers
• Document configurations, updates, and system performance
• Provide support during site implementations and post-install validation

• Experience with video management systems (VMS) such as Avigilon, Genetec, ONSSI, or similar
• Background in physical security systems (IP cameras, access control, surveillance)
• Experience with system configuration, programming, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in both operational support and project-based environments
• Strong communication and ability to work with vendors and internal teams

• Experience with Avigilon
• Background working for a security integrator
• Experience supporting enterprise-level physical security environments
• Exposure to new security technologies (e.g., radar, gunshot detection systems)
• Experience in hybrid IT/physical security roles.
