Pay Range: 
($55-$60) hourly
 
Role Overview:
  • The Manager, Retail Development will drive retail strategy and execution to increase sell-in and sell-through of licensed merchandise across key partners.
  • This role focuses on managing retailer and licensee relationships, ensuring strong in-store execution, and supporting brand growth through impactful consumer product offerings.
Job Skills:
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging sales data.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience with retail partnerships or licensed products preferred.
Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in retail, consumer products, licensing, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in the entertainment, licensing, or retail industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with retail partners and licensees to drive sales and distribution.
  • Execute retail strategies across categories such as Sporting Goods, Food & Beverage, Essentials & Beauty, and more.
  • Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and placement.
  • Partner with licensing teams to support product launches and retail activations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all licensed products and placements.
  • Conduct store visits and retail audits to maintain merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, and franchise teams.
