Pay Range: $61 - $70/Hour

Position: Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite Mon–Thu, Remote Fri)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business, reporting, and data requirements
• Translate needs into user stories, data definitions, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with data engineering teams on datasets, transformations, and reporting logic
• Support KPI standardization, data governance, and semantic definitions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure data quality, validation, and continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst (data/reporting/analytics focus)
• Strong experience with dashboards and reporting requirements
• Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and governance
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Agile/Scrum experience (Scrum facilitation exposure is critical)
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise data platforms
• Exposure to AI/advanced analytics
• Tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
• Scrum certification

This is not a generic BA role — it requires someone who can operate as both a data-focused analyst and an Agile facilitator. If your experience is more on one side and not the other, this role will likely not be a fit.
