• The Manager, Retail Development, Global Products & Experiences is responsible for executing retail strategies that drive the sell-in of licensed merchandise across key retail partners.
• This role manages day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, ensures strong in-store execution, and supports the growth of the brands through compelling consumer product offerings.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up
• Experience working with licensed brands or retail partnerships preferred
• Strong understanding of retail environments and merchandising strategies
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisions

• 4+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development
• Bachelor’s degree
• Working knowledge of entertainment, categories and/or retail industry a plus
