About the Role

• You’ll support hiring for cloud and analytics teams, with a strong
• focus on Software Development Engineers (SDE II & III). This is a
• full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll manage sourcing through offer stage and work closely with hiring managers.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates using job boards, tools, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone screens and manage candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes
• Partner with stakeholders and manage multiple requisitions
• Drive sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes

Required Experience

• 3+ years (Recruiter II) or 7+ years (Recruiter III) of technical recruiting
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
• Recent experience hiring for software engineering roles (SDE preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and data tracking
• Proven ability to build pipelines and deliver results independently
