Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR systems, including Core HR, Recruiting, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional system issues and inquiries.
- Conduct data quality audits and coordinate corrections to improve system accuracy.
Education:
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English (Portuguese preferred, not required).
