Job Title : Senior Product Manager

Pay: $200K + Bonus + Benefits 

Day-to-Day:

• Collabera is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Analytics to own the roadmap and execution of Commute’s analytics, reporting, and data delivery products.
• This individual will define how customer data is delivered, operationalized, and surfaced across the platform with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and self-service enablement.
• You will own the full data lifecycle - from delivery infrastructure (webhooks, SFTP, S3, APIs, and event-based exports) to analytics surfaces (dashboards, KPI views, reporting tools, and insights) to operational tooling that enables customers and internal teams to monitor and debug data in real time.
• You will partner closely with engineering to define scalable architectures, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure production-grade data systems that support enterprise customers.
• On a daily basis, you will drive roadmap planning, write PRDs and product specs, run customer discovery sessions, define KPI frameworks, and translate complex data systems into simple, actionable product experiences.
• You will work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, sales, and leadership to make analytics a core product differentiator. This role requires strong technical fluency, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, including 2+ years building analytics, reporting, or data platform products
• Strong experience with data delivery systems (webhooks, SFTP, APIs, flat-file exports, event-driven architectures) and enterprise integrations
• Technical fluency across APIs, schemas, data pipelines, SQL, and modern data warehouses; able to partner deeply with engineering on system design trade-offs
• Exposure to Voice AI, conversational AI, or telephony platforms
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI, BAAs, compliance-heavy systems)
• Familiarity with BI/analytics tools or embedded analytics
