Day To Day Responsbilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements.
• Build large, complex workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop and support integrations from scratch.
• Perform scripting and development across the ServiceNow platform. Participate in technical design and solution discussions.
• Work directly with stakeholders in some cases to clarify requirements and shape solutions.
• Support code quality through peer reviews and best-practice guidance. Proactively manage story progress, provide updates, and pull in additional work when capacity allows.
• Collaborate with BAs, architects, platform admins, and other team members across the sprint lifecycle.
• Contribute in dev through UAT handoff; production deployments are handled by another team member.

Must Haves:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• 5+ years of Flow Designer experience
• Proven experience building large, complex workflows

Strong experience with:

• ServiceNow scripting

• Workflow development
• Platform best practices
• Ability to answer deep technical questions in an architect-led interview  Experience working independently in a fast-paced Agile team
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive delivery approach
• Required ServiceNow certifications (as noted by hiring manager)

• Experience with SPM / PPM
• Experience with ITOM, especially Service Mapping
• Experience with CMDB-related work
• Financial services or banking industry experience is a strong asset. Team / Delivery Expectations
• This is a senior role on a smaller team, so the developer may occasionally support light solution design or act with some BA-style ownership on stories.
• The team expects someone who is proactive, keeps stories updated, and does not need frequent follow-up from the PO or Scrum team.
• Peer review of junior developers’ code may be part of the role. Support / On-call
• No formal on-call requirement.
• Very occasional emergency support may be needed after major releases, but this is rare and paid as overtime.

Pay rate : 75 -83/hr Without benefits
