Job Title: Payroll Operations Accounting Techno-Functional Manager
Location: York 10036 - Onsite Role
Job duration: 07 months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Range: ($80-$90) hourly, depending upon the experience.
Description:
- Support Payroll Operations during Oracle Fusion implementation by validating, reconciling, and testing payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Validate and reconcile payroll, union, and costing data in Oracle Fusion
- Perform parallel payroll testing, UAT, and end-to-end testing
- Identify, document, and help resolve payroll discrepancies/defects
- Analyze payroll results and reconcile with the General Ledger (GL)
- Support payroll audits and ensure data accuracy/compliance
- Collaborate with Payroll & Tech teams to resolve issues
- Use advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting)
- Strong payroll accounting knowledge
- Experience with data reconciliation & validations
- Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) / payroll costing
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Payroll Operations / Shared Services background
- Experience with Ora_cle HCM / ERP systems (or similar)
- Hands-on experience in payroll data analysis, audits, and testing
- Oracle Fusion experience
- UAT / system testing experience
- Experience with ERP/HCM implementations or migrations
- Knowledge of payroll compliance & regulations
- Payroll Analyst / Payroll Systems Analyst with strong Excel, reconciliation, GL knowledge, and experience in payroll testing/UAT within an ERP environment.
