Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer/Production Engineer
Location:  Mountainhome Pennsylvania 18326 
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay range: $60HR - $65HR

     Job Summary:

• Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The role involves process improvement, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures
• Support production by troubleshooting process and equipment issues
• Conduct testing and process evaluations to ensure quality control
• Recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment improvements
• Collaborate with quality and production teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiative
  
  Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Experience with conventional machining processes
• Knowledge of special processes: brazing, heat treating, chemical processing, surface finishing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards
  
  Preferred:

• Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge
• Experience with process validation and root cause analysis
