Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in both paid media and website marketing within a large enterprise environment. This role will lead end to end digital experience initiatives including content strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools, along with a strong ability to collaborate across cross functional teams. You will drive impactful marketing programs, optimize customer journeys, and ensure alignment with enterprise branding and digital strategy. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end execution of digital marketing campaigns from creative development through deployment, engagement tracking, and optimization
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, IT teams, commercial teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Manage website marketing initiatives using CMS platforms and ensure content alignment with campaigns and brand standards
- Develop and execute A B testing, QA testing, and user acceptance testing to improve user experience and campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign and website performance using analytics tools to drive data informed decisions
- Maintain documentation for user flows, campaign processes, and operational workflows to support efficiency and consistency
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities and implement innovative marketing strategies across channels
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business, information technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on paid media and website marketing
- Hands on experience with CMS platforms such as AEM or similar tools
- Strong experience in A B testing, QA testing, and user acceptance testing
- Experience working with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, display, and social media
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master degree or MBA
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and multi channel marketing programs
- Familiarity with enterprise tools and ERP system
- Experience managing global or cross division digital initiatives
