Position Title: Training Support Specialist
Duration: 6 months (Potential Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)
Location: Scarborough, ME 04074 - Onsite

Pay Range: ($25-$30) hourly

Overview:

• Responsible for managing and supporting training compliance within the Quality System.
• This role ensures effective administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), maintains training records, and supports audit readiness in a regulated environment.

 Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records
• Ensure compliance with Quality System training requirements and cGMP standards
• Provide subject matter expertise on learning processes and LMS usage
• Develop, review, and update training materials and documentation
• Coordinate training programs, resources, and train-the-trainer initiatives
• Monitor, report, and promote training activities across teams
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to improve training processes
• Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections
• Maintain training procedures and ensure adherence to compliance standards

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, HR, Business, Instructional Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (QSR, ISO 13485, IVDR/IVDD, CMDR)
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery methods
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance processes
