Training Support Specialist role based in Scarborough, ME (Onsite)

Overview:

  • Quality Training Compliance Specialist supports the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensures compliance with quality and regulatory training standards in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer LMS, maintain training records, generate reports, and support audit readiness.
  • Develop and review training materials, manage training programs aligned with cGMP requirements, and update training curricula.
  • Coordinate training resources and maintain compliance documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience. 2–5 years in regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with LMS administration and training documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of QSR, ISO 13485, IVDR/IVDD, CMDR.
  • Familiarity with adult learning systems, regulatory training requirements, and audit processes.

Pay Range:

  • $25/hr. – $30/hr.
