Job Title: Product Manager
Work location: Orlando, FL 32830, and Anaheim, CA 92802 - Onsite Role
Duration: 22 months (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)
Pay Rate: ($80-$$81) on an hourly basis.
Description:
- Support the delivery of digital solutions for Retail and Food & Beverage by managing work intake, prioritization, and execution.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Build and manage relationships with business, tech, and operations teams
- Gather and clarify requirements; manage work intake & prioritization
- Own and maintain product backlog (grooming, alignment, visibility)
- Support Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Create and manage tickets in Jira
- Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations for delivery
- Track performance and recommend improvements
- Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with digital content management and configuration tools.
- Previous experience with an entertainment client is a plus.
- 2+ years in Product, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery roles
- Experience with Agile, backlog management, and Jira/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CMS / digital content/configuration tools
- Data-driven mindset for decision-making
