• Any variation, including night shift (Sunday-Wednesday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM/ Sunday-Wednesday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM / Wednesday-Saturday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM / Wednesday – Saturday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM. The first two weeks will be Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00)

• As a Data Center Technician, you serve as one of many primary resolvers for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues.
• You support and share knowledge of these technologies with team members.
   

• Must successfully pass through metal detection equipment daily
• Required to work in data center environments with variable temperature conditions
• Temperature fluctuations dependent on seasonal changes and external weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Capability to work in various environmental conditions
• Work areas may contain environmental allergens and airborne particles including dust
• Ability to adapt to varying temperature conditions within the data center environment
• Ability to follow required security protocols including metal detection screening

• Former relevant Data Center experience; Hardware replacement, Networking
• Racking - Stacking Experience
• Project experience.
