Title: Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager
- This is a data-driven Revenue Operations role focused on analyzing and improving SMB digital advertising performance.
- You will work directly with Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue insights, optimize campaign performance, and build scalable reporting systems.
Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Marketing Analytics
- Digital Advertising / Ad-Tech / Media / Performance Marketing industry
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL (BigQuery preferred)
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Ability to translate data into clear business
- insights and recommendations.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with CTV (Connected TV) or programmatic advertising
- Familiarity with marketing automation or sales engagement tools
- Python for data analysis
Required Industry Background (MANDATORY):
- Candidates must have direct experience in one or more of the following:
- Digital Advertising / Ad-Tech (DSPs, programmatic, paid media)
- Media / Streaming / OTT / CTV platforms
- Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing analytics
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate digital advertising and marketing campaign performance (paid + organic) and recommend optimizations
- Write and optimize SQL queries (BigQuery preferred) to analyze large datasets (sales activity, customer behavior, campaign performance)
- Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Salesforce) to track KPIs and business performance
- Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to support decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve efficiency and outcomes
