Duration: 07 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Pay Range: ($75-$80) hourly
 
OverView:
  • This is a data-driven Revenue Operations role focused on analyzing and improving SMB digital advertising performance.
  • You will work directly with Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue insights, optimize campaign performance, and build scalable reporting systems.

Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

  • 5+ years of experience in:
  • Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Marketing Analytics
  • Digital Advertising / Ad-Tech / Media / Performance Marketing industry
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL (BigQuery preferred)
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Ability to translate data into clear business
  • insights and recommendations.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with CTV (Connected TV) or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or sales engagement tools
  • Python for data analysis

Required Industry Background (MANDATORY):

  • Candidates must have direct experience in one or more of the following:
  • Digital Advertising / Ad-Tech (DSPs, programmatic, paid media)
  • Media / Streaming / OTT / CTV platforms
  • Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing analytics

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate digital advertising and marketing campaign performance (paid + organic) and recommend optimizations
  • Write and optimize SQL queries (BigQuery preferred) to analyze large datasets (sales activity, customer behavior, campaign performance)
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Salesforce) to track KPIs and business performance
  • Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to support decision-making
    Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve efficiency and outcomes
