• Design, develop, and deliver a new mobile application using React Native from scratch
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle (architecture, development, testing, deployment)
• Translate user stories and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups)
• Collaborate with product, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality releases
• Ensure strong performance, scalability, and maintainability of the mobile application
• Contribute to technical design decisions and implementation strategy
• Support testing efforts and ensure alignment with QA standards

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on expertise in React Native (must-have)
• Proven experience building enterprise-level mobile or front-end applications
• Experience working in Agile environments, with strong understanding of:
• User stories
• Backlog management
• Sprint delivery
• Ability to own and contribute across the full SDLC
• Strong problem-solving and implementation mindset (hands-on builder vs. theorist)
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and QA teams

• Experience building banking or fintech applications
• Exposure to modernizing legacy platforms or greenfield builds
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and performance optimization
• Experience working in large enterprise environments (Big 5 banks, etc.)
• Familiarity with automated testing and QA processes
