- Ability to communicate with users and technical partners effectively.
- Proven knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with mobile device technology.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, as well as continued improvement process skills.
- Ability to analyze business solutions to recommend efficient technical needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of iCertainty Software and Maximo.
- Knowledge of BusinessObjects, BIRT, Tableau, and/or MicroStrategy.
- Experience with JAVA and XML.
- Understanding of HACCP Principles.
- Project Management and Task Prioritization Skills.
- 3+ years of supporting technology implementations/customer support.
- Gather requirements for user enhancement requests
- Analyze system issues and repair/escalate as appropriate
- Manage a wide range of long-term projects, specific tasks, and partner with teammates in sharing knowledge
- Provide system-related coaching, support, and training for applications in the team's portfolio
- Utilize, maintain, and generate new documentation for the knowledge base repository
- Create user stories for testing and validation
- Partner and connect with all levels of Cast
- Support a variety of shifts, including after-hours on-call support in team rotation
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet with clients from multiple business units to understand and troubleshoot
