• We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support medium to large-scale digital initiatives within Online and Mobile Banking.
• This role requires a highly skilled professional who can independently lead business analysis activities, manage complex requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and support.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups and define requirements responsibilities.
• Develop detailed plans and estimates for requirements delivery with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery and validation.
• Document and manage requirements using enterprise tools (e.g., Confluence), ensuring reusability and adherence to standards.
• Prepare and lead requirements walkthroughs using effective communication techniques.
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and UI/UX teams to design application interfaces.
• Support development and QA teams throughout build and testing phases.
• Perform coverage analysis to ensure alignment between scope, requirements, and testing.
• Identify, manage, and communicate risks, assumptions, and constraints.

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile, project-based environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and testing.
• Proven experience working on medium to large projects (>$2M).
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Business and systems analysis
• Scope modeling, process modeling, and data requirements
• User stories, story mapping, and decomposition
• Acceptance criteria and evaluation metrics
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and APIs.
• Experience analyzing data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• JIRA, Confluence
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Visio, Mural, Figma
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including experience leading large stakeholder groups (15–20+ participants).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis
• Experience in enterprise-level and mobile banking projects
