• Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, Energy/Operations Management or related field preferred

• 3-5 years’ experience in training coordination and development or related roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of industrial regulations, standards, and best practices
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
• Their ideal candidate would bring some field or industry experience, specifically in oil & gas or petrochemicals.
• They must have held positions requiring them to be strategic, efficient, and creative when developing job plans or training materials.
• Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt and pivot quickly as situations change.

Range: $35-50/hr
