Job Description:
The Salesforce BSA will be responsible for translating business needs into detailed solution and system requirements for Wealth Salesforce-based platforms. This role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements discovery and document solution-level requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally Financial Services Cloud
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure accurate design and implementation
- Support data integrations, data mapping, and migrations across systems
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, design reviews)
- Support UAT, defect triage, and validation of delivered functionality
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from business need through deployment
Required experience:
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on CRM / enterprise platforms
- Solid Salesforce experience (FSC, Sales/Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus)
- Strong understanding of data integrations and enterprise system interactions
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical teams
