Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer (DevOps / Observability Focus)

Payrate: $70-$85 per hour

Location: Baltimore MD / Dallas TX / Evansville IN

Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who can build, deploy, and monitor applications. This role combines software development with DevOps and observability, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, JavaScript, and Go
• Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend
• Deploy and manage applications on Cloud
• Use Docker for containerization and deployment
• Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing using tools like Elastic Stack and OpenTelemetry
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of Go
• Experience with Cloud and Docker
• Understanding of monitoring/logging systems (observability)
• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
