Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and platform enhancements.
- Build and maintain complex workflows using Flow Designer and scripting.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery across the development lifecycle.
Must-Have Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Experience building integrations from scratch using REST/SOAP.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SPM / PPM modules.
- Hands-on experience with ITOM, especially Service Mapping.
- Strong understanding of CMDB and asset management.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services domain.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
