Position: Customer Invoicing Process Design and Fusion Analyst
Client: Enetrtainment
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3 Months (possible extension)
Pay Range: $81 - $85/hr
Schedule: Standard business hours
Travel: Up to 50% domestic and international travel, including South America

• Analyze and document end-to-end customer invoicing and Order to Cash processes
• Develop SOPs, workflows, desk-level procedures, and RACI documentation
• Partner with SMEs to review, validate, and finalize process documentation
• Identify opportunities for process streamlining and operational efficiency
• Recommend technology enhancements leveraging Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and Automation Anywhere
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for performance improvement
• Support internal controls, compliance, and audit-ready processes

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance operations and internal controls
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Invoicing module required)
• Experience in Order to Cash, invoicing, or finance process management
