Title: Supplier Payment Process Design Process Manager - Global Business Services
Duration: 03 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Schedule: Nashville, TN 37201 - Onsite - 5 days/week
Pay Range: ($75-$80) hourly
Note - Relocation is allowed on one's own.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding current Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes
- Creating detailed SOPs and process documentation
- Working with business teams to standardize global payment processes
- Identifying and recommending process + system improvements
- Using Ora cle Fusion + ServiceNow + Automation tools to improve efficiency
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ora cle Fusion (Hands-on) - Must have worked directly in Fusion Financials (AP/Procurement/PtP)
- Procure-to-Pay (PtP) Experience - End-to-end: supplier onboarding → invoice → payment
- Process Documentation - Writing SOPs, workflows, desk-level procedures
- Process Improvement - Identifying inefficiencies + recommending fixes (automation/process changes)
- Finance Operations Knowledge - AP, payments, controls, reconciliation.
