Position: Virtual Directory Engineer

Pay Range: $53-56/hr.
Description:
-
The Virtual Directory Engineer will be primarily responsible for interacting with internal customers. The selected candidate will work on an Agile team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions - this includes caching or proxying data from identity silos.
Must Haves:
-
Strong experience with RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory Technology (TOP SKILL)

Understanding of LDAP concepts and IAM
-
Experience with SQL Database (views/joins/lookups) and ETL concepts
-
Familiarity with virtual directory products like Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, PING, PING Federate, or similar products
-
Experience working in an Agile environment
-
Excellent communication skills and customer interaction experience - this role will include helping intake customer requests

Investigative mindset - will work with internal customers to drive requirements and turn into scalable solutions
Day to Day:
-
Responding to ongoing customer requests including responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc.

Supporting RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory
-
Participating in data center migration efforts
-
Monitoring alerts and responding accordingly

Updating and validating existing documentation
Pay Range: $53-56/hr.
